Hello There, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Rhonda and I’m the face behind Simply Beautiful Cookies, Let me tell you I love all things cookies, from research, to conception, to baking, and especially decorating, that’s my happy place. I never thought that my little cookie decorating hobby would allow me to do this everyday for some pretty awesome customers I’ve had these last couple of years. I started off making cakes for my kids when they were little, and continued as they got older, and then one night, 9 years ago, I saw a video of someone decorating cookies and from that point on I was hooked. It felt like I watched every cookie decorating video that was out there at the time. It was like my eyes saw in cookie vision, anything that had a pattern or texture I wanted to turn it into a cookie! That’s when my passion began. I am so grateful to be able to do what I love and I couldn’t do it without the support and encouragement of my amazing husband, and my four awesome kids. I wouldn’t be living my dream without them.
